These paper-thin, boneless lamb slices are the easiest way to enjoy our Dry Cured Lamb. They're distinctively delicious and ready for your charcuterie boards at bourbon tastings or your tasteful dinner parties. Dry cured lamb slices were simply made to accompany bourbon. A good lamb product starts at the source; the farmer. We receive the pasture-raised lamb from Craig Rogers of Border Springs Farm, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. The processed lambs arrive anti-biotic free and have zero added hormones. Using such pristine Virginia meat, we then dry cure and hickory smoke the lamb. This gives the dry cured lamb that signature Southern flavor known in most of our products. Finally, we age the lamb for up to five months to give it that great umami flavor. With the Dry Cured Lamb slices, we've pre-sliced the charcuterie paper thin. Ready to enjoy the moment it arrives, it's perfect for any tasting session with friends and family.
