LOCAL, 100% GRASS-FED PASTURE-RAISED
These are thick cut steaks from the center of the leg roast. Lamb leg steaks are great cut for grilling, broiling or braising. These steaks are bone-in and cut from the meatier part of the leg. Our lambs are heritage breed lambs raised exclusively for meat so they have none of the "gamey" taste of imported lamb that are primarily raised for wool.
